In addition to teaching, there are many other ways to be involved in children's ministry, such as joining a curriculum development team (writing, editing, graphics, arts, crafts), administrative assistant, event coordination, helping in large events, leading praise or children's choirs, artistic production, drama, musical directing, etc.

Ministering to junior high and senior high students via teaching on Sundays, leading Friday gatherings, helping out in events, counseling, music (leading praise, choir), administrative assisting, project management, missions leader, retreat or event coordinator, etc. Besides the youth service time, teachers are recommended to attend teachers' Bible study.

AWANA is an exciting ministry for pre-school to high school students. Its mission is for them to have the saving faith of our Lord Jesus Christ and to train them to be passionate disciples of Christ. Our goal is to teach and train the students the word of God so it may be in their hearts, to develop passionate children for Christ, and to train leaders to grow in their act of service to God.
